About Kilted Writer

“The Kilted Writer” is a persona developed by developmental editor and instructor Grant D. McKenzie

Grant has always been interested in creating a good story. He began studying the art and science of storytelling in earnest in 2008, and since that time has developed workshops based on the things he's learned in order to help writers elevate their craft. Presenting workshops led to a lot of writers asking for advice on their stories, and thus a career as a developmental editor was born. Grant currently reads, studies, and lives in Colorado Springs, CO.
